Subprocessors

Amplifier uses the following third-party subprocessors to deliver the service. Each processes limited, specified categories of data under a data processing agreement and solely on our instructions.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. No subprocessor is permitted to use your data for their own purposes or to train their own models.

All AI processors operate under contracts that prohibit training on customer data.
Channel connectors
When you connect a channel, we act as data processor for data coming from that channel. The channel provider remains the source of truth. No data is sent back to the channel except messages you explicitly send.

Planned subprocessors (not yet active)
We will update this page and notify existing users before adding any of the following.
- Apple Inc. — Apple Push Notification Service, once the iOS app ships.
- Garmin Connect — health data ingestion, once Garmin Developer approval is granted and users opt in.
- Oura Ring Oy — sleep and readiness data, once connector ships and users opt in.
- WHOOP, Inc. — recovery and training data, once connector ships and users opt in.
Safeguards for international transfers
Where data is transferred outside the UK / EEA, we rely on:
- UK adequacy decisions where available.
- EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with UK addendum.
- Data Processing Agreements with each subprocessor.
Notification of changes
We will post any new or removed subprocessor to this page and email registered customers at least 30 days before the change takes effect, unless urgent security or legal reasons require immediate replacement.
