1. Scope
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of subscription plans for the Amplifier platform ("Service") from Amplifier Consulting Limited ("Amplifier", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17038769, with registered office at Office 2.05, Clockwise, Old Town Hall, 30 Tweedy Road, Bromley, BR1 3FE. ICO registration C1913003.
These Terms supplement the Terms of Service. In the event of conflict between these Terms and the Terms of Service on a commercial matter, these Terms of Sale prevail.
By providing payment details and subscribing to a plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Service is available globally. All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated.
2. Plans and Pricing
2.1 Subscription Tiers
| Tier | Price | Users | AI Actions | Key Features |
| Solo | £12/mo | 1 | 200/mo | 3 channels, Amplifier-managed AI, core inbox features |
| Team | £39/mo flat | Up to 10 | 1,000/mo | Unlimited channels, BYOM option, automation rules |
| Business | £99/mo flat | Up to 25 | 5,000/mo | All Team features plus analytics and priority support |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom | SSO/SAML, audit logs, SLAs, dedicated support, custom integrations |
Solo, Team, and Business pricing is flat-rate per month, not per-seat. Enterprise pricing is negotiated individually.
2.2 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice of any price increase via email. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
Promotional or introductory pricing, if offered, is valid for the stated period only and will revert to the standard price at the end of the promotional period.
3. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial ("Free Trial") beginning on the date of account creation. The Free Trial provides access to the features of your selected plan tier.
You must provide valid payment card details at the time of registration. Your card will not be charged during the Free Trial period.
At the end of the Free Trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at the applicable monthly rate. Your payment card will be charged on the first day after the Free Trial expires.
If you cancel during the Free Trial, your account will remain active until the end of the 30-day trial period, after which it will be downgraded and no charge will be made.
Each individual or organisation is entitled to one Free Trial only. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke a Free Trial if we reasonably believe it is being abused (e.g. multiple accounts by the same person).
4. Payment
4.1 Payment Method
All payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We accept major credit and debit cards. You authorise us (via Stripe) to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees.
You are responsible for keeping your payment method current. If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to charge the card again. If payment is not received within 14 days, we may suspend your access to the Service.
4.2 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your billing cycle begins on the date your Free Trial ends (or the date of your first payment if no trial was provided).
Billing is recurring. Each billing cycle renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
4.3 Currency
All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). If you are located outside the United Kingdom, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees. These fees are your responsibility and are not controlled by Amplifier.
We may in future offer pricing in additional currencies. Where local currency pricing is displayed, the displayed price is the price you will be charged.
4.4 Taxes
Prices displayed on the website and in the application are exclusive of VAT and any applicable sales taxes unless otherwise stated. VAT will be applied to charges for UK-based customers at the prevailing rate. For customers in other jurisdictions, applicable taxes will be determined based on your billing address and added to your invoice where required by law.
If you are a VAT-registered business in the EU or UK, you may provide your VAT number during checkout. Valid VAT numbers for EU businesses may qualify for reverse-charge treatment.
5. Plan Changes
5.1 Upgrades
You may upgrade your plan at any time through the Settings page. Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle, and the new plan rate applies from the next billing cycle.
5.2 Downgrades
You may downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain access to your current plan features until the end of the current period. No prorated refund is provided for the unused portion of a higher-tier plan.
If your downgraded plan has lower limits (e.g. fewer channels, fewer users, lower AI action quota), you may need to disconnect channels, remove users, or reduce usage before the downgrade takes effect. We will notify you of any actions required.
5.3 Enterprise
Enterprise plan terms, pricing, and commitments are agreed individually in a separate service agreement. These Terms of Sale apply to Enterprise customers to the extent not superseded by the service agreement.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page in the Service or by emailing support@weareamplifier.co.uk.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain access to the Service until that date. After cancellation, your account is downgraded and data is retained for 90 days in accordance with our Data Handling Policy, after which it is permanently deleted.
6.2 Refund Policy
Subscriptions are non-refundable. No refunds or credits are provided for partial billing periods, unused AI actions, downgraded plans, or periods where you did not use the Service.
If your Free Trial converts to a paid subscription and you did not intend to continue, you must cancel before the trial expires. We are not obligated to issue a refund for the first billing cycle after the trial, but may do so at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
6.3 Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances, such as extended service outages or billing errors caused by us. Any such decision is final and does not set a precedent for future requests.
7. AI Action Usage and Limits
Each plan tier includes a monthly allocation of AI actions (categorisations, summaries, draft replies, suggested actions, and action item extractions). Usage resets at the start of each billing cycle.
If you reach your monthly AI action limit, AI features will be paused until the next billing cycle. You will be notified when you approach and reach your limit. Core inbox features (message reading, sending, search) are not affected by AI limits.
BYOM users on Team and Business tiers bypass the AI action limit for actions routed through their own API key. Amplifier-managed actions still count towards the limit.
Unused AI actions do not roll over between billing cycles.
8. Third-Party Costs
Your Amplifier subscription covers access to the Amplifier platform. Certain integrations involve third-party services with their own costs:
Twilio (SMS, WhatsApp): Message delivery fees are charged by Twilio directly to your Twilio account. Amplifier does not mark up or resell Twilio services.
Unipile (LinkedIn messaging): Per-account fees are charged by Unipile. Pricing is displayed during the LinkedIn channel connection flow.
BYOM AI providers: API usage fees are charged by your chosen AI provider directly. Amplifier has no visibility into these costs.
Channel providers: Some channels may have their own costs (e.g. Microsoft 365 licences for Teams/Outlook). These are your responsibility.
Amplifier is not responsible for fees charged by third-party providers. You should review the pricing of any third-party service before connecting it.
9. Invoices and Receipts
Invoices are generated by Stripe and sent to the email address associated with your account at the start of each billing cycle. You can also access invoices through the billing section of the Settings page.
Each invoice includes the plan tier, billing period, amount charged, VAT (where applicable), and payment method summary.
If you require a custom invoice format (e.g. with a purchase order number or specific billing entity name), contact support@weareamplifier.co.uk.
10. Overdue Payments
If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and retry the charge. If payment remains outstanding for more than 14 days, we may suspend your access to the Service. If payment remains outstanding for more than 30 days, we may terminate your account.
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at 4% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily from the due date until payment is received. This is in addition to any late payment rights under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 for business customers.
11. Consumer Rights (International Customers)
If you are a consumer (an individual acting outside the course of business) in the United Kingdom, the European Union, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including:
The right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) or the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. However, by using the Service during this period, you acknowledge that you have requested immediate access and consent to losing your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed.
Rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) for digital content to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
If you exercise a statutory cancellation right, any refund will be processed within 14 days via your original payment method.
For customers outside the UK and EU, local consumer protection laws may apply. These Terms do not override any mandatory protections available to you under the laws of your country of residence.
12. Enterprise Agreements
Enterprise customers may negotiate bespoke terms including custom pricing, service level agreements, volume commitments, and annual billing. Enterprise agreements are documented in a separate service agreement which, to the extent of any conflict, takes precedence over these Terms of Sale.
Enterprise invoicing may be done via purchase order and bank transfer rather than card payment, subject to agreement.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. Material changes (including price changes) will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, cancel before the effective date.
